Kisah sekuelnya berlangsung 6 tahun setelah aksi film pertama. Setelah pernikahannya dengan Ashwini, Varun memutuskan untuk tinggal di India. Dia memulai call center sementara Ashwini sedang mempertimbangkan untuk memulai kliniknya sendiri.
