Tidak seperti komedi Warung Kopi (Warkop) lainnya yang menampilkan (Dono, Kasino dan Indro), film ini juga terdiri dari serangkaian sandiwara komedi yang menampilkan banyak wajah cantik dan tubuh yang indah. Dalam film ini, awalnya trio Warkop sedang berlatih untuk menjadi penjaga keamanan, yang komandannya ternyata menjadi pasien dari rumah sakit jiwa. Kemudian, mereka menyamar sebagai wanita untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan di perusahaan yang hanya mempekerjakan wanita. Semua upaya karier mereka berakhir dengan lucu.

In this film, initially the Warkop trio are training to become security guards, whose commandant turns out to be a patient from a mental hospital. Then, they masquerade as women in order to get jobs at a company that is only hiring women. All of their career attempts end humorously.
