Berbeda dengan film komedi Warung Kopi (Warkop) lainnya yang menampilkan (Dono, Kasino, dan Indro), film ini juga terdiri dari serangkaian sandiwara komedi yang menampilkan banyak wajah cantik dan tubuh indah. Dalam film ini awalnya trio Warkop sedang berlatih menjadi satpam yang komandannya ternyata adalah pasien rumah sakit jiwa. Kemudian, mereka menyamar sebagai perempuan agar bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan di perusahaan yang hanya mempekerjakan perempuan. Semua upaya karir mereka berakhir dengan lucu.

In this film, initially the Warkop trio are training to become security guards, whose commandant turns out to be a patient from a mental hospital. Then, they masquerade as women in order to get jobs at a company that is only hiring women. All of their career attempts end humorously.
