Dua pasangan yang sudah menikah, Alan dan Nadya dan Athar dan Karin, belum diberkati dengan anak -anak setelah sekitar tiga tahun menikah. Dalam upaya untuk memiliki anak, mereka berdua menjalani program IVF di Klinik Dokter Sanjaya.
