Sekar, berusaha menghidupi ketiga anaknya seorang diri dengan membuka warung makan. Akhir-akhir ini ia merasa khawatir karena dagangannya selalu basi sesaat setelah makanan disajikan. Sekar pergi menemui Mak Ambar, dukun yang memasang penglaris di lapaknya. Namun ternyata Mak Ambar telah meninggal dunia. Sejak saat itu, Jin yang membantunya menuntut nyawanya hingga Sekar kerasukan setiap malam. Ketiga anak tersebut berusaha mendapatkan pengobatan, namun upaya tersebut justru mengancam nyawa mereka dan keluarganya.
