Hans, seorang turis asal Belanda, meminta Mayang yang bekerja di sebuah perusahaan travel untuk menjadi pemandunya selama berada di Jogjakarta, namun ternyata ia masih berdarah Jawa. Sedangkan Pram Pacar Mayang, seorang arkeologi, diduga sebagai pelaku pembunuhan. Korbannya dikorbankan untuk ilmu hitam yang sangat mengerikan. Mayang kemudian ditangkap untuk mengungkap misteri pembunuhan ilmu hitam.
