Lima remaja yang memutuskan untuk berlibur pada 13 Juni sebelum disibukkan dengan tugas akhir kuliahnya. Namun rencana liburan indah mereka berubah menjadi tegang setelah mobil yang mereka kendarai mengalami kecelakaan tunggal. Gilang yang terbangun sendirian di dalam mobil berusaha mencari keempat temannya yang lain, namun di saat yang sama ia mendapat rentetan teror yang membuatnya takut. Teror-teror tersebut mengingatkannya pada trauma masa kecilnya saat merayakan ulang tahunnya yang jatuh pada 13 Juni.
